We are very proud to announce The New Milford Bulls Car Show sponsored by The First National Bank of Litchfield. The show will be on August 24th 2008 at the First National Bank of Litchfield on route 202 (Park Lane Rd) at the corner of route 109. Registration will start at 9am, and Trophies will be at 3:30pm. Registration for cars is $5.00 and we will be asking for spectator parking/entrance donations. We will have lots of great food, music, raffle prizes, contests, and much more! There will be a bounce house for kids, and many other great prizes to be raffled off including a golf foursome, gas gift cards, and much, much more. We are taking reservations for a bus trip to West Point on Sept. 6th to watch the Cadets take on the University of New Hampshire. We will provide motor coach transportation and tickets to the game for $50 per person. Thank you all that came to the parent meeting. Again it was great to see familiar faces but better to see all the new faces in the crowd. I hope that you (the parents) found the meeting useful. I hope we answered any questions that you have had. If there was something that we missed just let me know via e-mail (

) and I will address immediately. Please pay attention to the dates. It is very important that we hand out the majority of the equipment on July 12th. It will be to your child's benefit because Steve from Stadium Systems will be there to help fit the helmets. We are all capable of doing the fitting but he is the helmet guru.It is what he does best. Also on this day it is important to get me the paperwork. 1) Pop Warner Participant Contract& Parental Consent.
2) Pop Warner 2008 Physical Fitness & Medical History
3) Copy of 2008 final report card(all making periods)
4) Original Birth Certificate with a raised emblem. We are also collecting raffles that day if you have them sold.
If you are interested in the Army trip please let me know.($50.00) Game Ticket and Bus and Gratuity for the driver. I need a head count to get it going .Reservations are filling up fast. |
